The oven digital temperature probe allows you to cook based on the internal temperature of the meat, poultry, or even vegetable that you are preparing. Simply insert the probe and set the desired temperature in a precise 5°f increments. Once it reaches that internal temperature, then shuts off. Your food comes out perfect every time. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. From stage cooking to searing, heat distribution, controlling cook time and temperature, it’s all there at the touch of a button. The oven comes with 100 pre-programmed recipes and space for you to program and save 100 off your own, the latest in flavor domes that help to keep moisture and flavor locked into your food, and everything except the powerhead is dishwasher-safe.
