• Custom Setting: You can adjust the temperature from 105°F-212°F and brew time from 30 secs to 10 minutes using the arrow buttons. Set the temp to 212°F and the timer to 0:00 to boil water without tea.
• Delayed Start: Enjoy a hot cup of tea right when you wake up by long-pressing the Delayed Start button for 3 seconds. Ensure you have set the current time correctly, then set the start time and just press Start.
• Keep Your Tea Warm: Nobody wants cold tea. To hold the kettle temp up to 140°F for 30 mins with British Strix Technology, just press the Keep Warm button before pressing Start on your kettle.
